Crack Burgers Recipe: Juicy Ground Beef Patties for Burger Night (5 Ingredients) by Donna John

Crack Burgers Recipe: Juicy Ground Beef Patties for Burger Night (5 Ingredients)

It's not a secret that I have two freezers full of ground meat in my garage. While I'm always on the lookout for new ground beef recipes, there's really nothing like a good burger for lunch or dinner. This easy crack burger recipe takes those burgers up a juicy notch.

The burger patties are seasoned with all those ingredients that qualify for "crack recipe" status. You only need five ingredients to make these flavor-packed beef burger patties. Here is your short shopping list: ground beef, sour cream, dry ranch seasoning, bacon and cheddar cheese. The ingredients are mixed together, shaped into patties and cooked to your desired doneness. The gluten-free patties can be cooked on an outdoor grill, indoor grill, or in a grill pan or skillet.

Put these cheesy ranch-flavored ground beef patties on hamburger buns with your favorite toppings. I like mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado and jalapenos. Serve these cheeseburgers for lunch or dinner with your favorite side dishes. What are your favorite burger toppings?

  • I chose not to include bacon in my patties.
  • Store any leftover patties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
